We think everyone can create on the web and that being only a “web developer” is a rare specialty more technical than early stage startups may need.

Because of this belief we uphold a tradition of taking newer developers and putting them through an apprenticeship.

An apprenticeship at InHouse focuses on a particular deep set of skills aimed at rapid iteration on building web technology for startups:

An apprentice becomes a full developer through working with business’ actual needs, with a senior riding shotgun on the project as a lead developer.
